What is the Setup Fee?
- Some plans require you to pay a setup fee; this cost covers the additional work involved in the initial setup of said plan.
- This fee will only be charged the first time you change to a plan that includes this fee, if you change to a lower plan again and subsequently return to a plan with a configuration fee, you will not be charged again.
- The configuration fee will not be refunded in any case, since the configuration work carried out is launched immediately upon activation of the plan.
What is the relationship between the plans?

Why don't certain capacity parameters appear in some plans?
If a capacity parameter does not appear in a plan-A, which does appear in another plan-B, it means that said parameter is not limited in said plan-A.
Can I request my money back?
- You can request a refund of the recurring fee within the first 7 days after the initial payment of the first fee you have paid as a customer of any of our plans. That is, you will not be eligible for a refund in second or subsequent installments. You will also not be eligible for a refund if you have previously enjoyed, totally or partially, a free period.
- You can unsubscribe at any time, and exhaust the period of use that you have paid for.
- In the case of changing the plan, which you can do at any time, you will not lose money since the remaining days paid in the current plan at the time of the change will be prorated to the new plan.
- The configuration fee will not be refunded in any case, since the configuration work carried out is launched immediately upon activation of the plan.

Limits by type of post and images – How do they work?
The limits on the different types of resources you can create or upload do not affect when you upload new templates from the library of available themes and layouts (more information here).
