The limits on the different types of resources you can create or upload do not affect when you upload new templates from the library of available themes and layouts.

The limits of these limits appear in the details of each plan and also, if you already have your website, they appear in an information box like the following (on your home page, in the administrator):

However, if you want to upload your own image or create new posts, you will first have to make sure that you have not exceeded the corresponding limit. If you have exceeded it, you must delete elements of the type corresponding to until you are below the limit and thus be able to upload your new image or create your new page or post.
